How nuclear energy is made
Nuclear energy is made from a nuclear reaction. We use a nuclear reactor to initiate and control a sustained nuclear chain reaction. There are many different types of nuclear reactors in the world today. The common reactor obtains heat from nuclear fission, to pass to water, which runs through steam turbines.
